Jannik Sinner made a stylish appearance at Gucci’s 2025 Fall/Winter fashion show in Milan on Tuesday evening, even as he faces a three-month ban. The world’s number one tennis player was the centre of attention as he took a front-row seat, dressed in an all-Gucci ensemble paired with white Nike sneakers. He sat alongside fashion icon Anna Wintour, Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Global, and Xiao Zhan, a well-known Chinese actor and singer. Much like Sinner, Gucci is also navigating a transitional period. The brand's creative director, Sabato de Sarno, who was behind the “Gucci is a feeling” campaign focused on Sinner, left the fashion house in January. On Tuesday, the co-ed retro-themed collection was presented by the in-house studio team, as the brand has yet to announce De Sarno’s successor.
Jannik Sinner attended Gucci's Milan Fashion Week show, where he was joined by notable guests such as Jin and Kirsten Dunst. This fashion event was just one highlight of Sinner's busy weekend in Milan, including his appointment as an ambassador for the 2026 Winter Olympics in his home country. After the show, Jannik traded the tennis courts for the Alps to indulge in his passion for skiing, his second favourite sport. He has returned to South Tyrol to spend a few days with his family in Sexten. He spent Saturday skiing in his hometown in the 3 Zinnen Dolomites ski area. It’s no surprise that fans recognized him, and he quickly became a popular subject for photographs. One Instagram user shared a picture of himself with the tennis superstar, commenting, "Today, I have special company for skiing."

Sinner wasn't the only player trading tennis for high fashion this week. Before heading to the Laver Cup in Berlin as a key member of Team World, American tennis player Taylor Fritz joined his fellow tennis colleague
Matteo Berrettini to walk the runway for their mutual sponsor,
Hugo Boss. Fritz opened the show, unveiling the brand’s Spring/Summer 2025 Ready-To-Wear Collection during Fashion Week. ATP stars Taylor Fritz and Matteo Berrettini showcased new looks from the German brand’s collection at Milan Fashion Week on Wednesday.

This year’s US Open finalist kicked off the event by leading models through a picturesque urban garden at the Palazzo del Senato, which houses the Milan State Archives. “Being the boss means taking time off to rest. Resting is the ultimate luxury,” said Boss creative director Marco Falcioni, reflecting on the collection. "Tennis fashion has gained significant popularity," Fritz recently shared with Town & Country Magazine. “Many people enjoy adopting tennis-inspired looks, and several brands have also entered this space. “It’s effective because the clothing can be worn both on the court and off, making it versatile for all occasions.” On Wednesday, Matteo Berrettini walked the runway, showcasing a collection that featured muted colours, relaxed silhouettes, draped suit jackets, and open utilitarian bags. Among the models, the 2021 Wimbledon finalist carried a tennis racquet as part of his ensemble. For Berrettini, fashion serves as an escape from the daily pressures of tennis, especially as he works his way back to full fitness after dealing with injuries.“Sometimes just playing continuously can be nice, but it’s also enjoyable to engage in different activities,” Berrettini said. “That’s my perspective, and that’s how I approach things. With Boss, they always have a concept in mind, but I appreciated that I could express my preferences by saying, ‘I like this, I don’t like that.’ I believe that’s the beauty of the collaboration.”
