Après-ski is a French term that translates to “after ski.” Initially popular in the Alps, après-ski has now gained worldwide recognition. It evokes images of champagne toasts on slope-side terraces in famous locations like St. Moritz, Switzerland, and Cortina D’Ampezzo, Italy—both renowned hotspots for celebrities. The fashion associated with après-ski is more than just stylish clothing; it embodies a blend of style and comfort, infusing a touch of glamour into the alpine setting. As skiers descend from the slopes, a fashion transformation occurs—a shift from high-performance mountain gear to the cozy chic attire that defines après-ski style.
