Gucci's creative director, Sabato De Sarno, has launched an exhibition called 'Design Ancora' at the brand's flagship store in Milan. The exhibition showcases five Italian design icons, re-edited and customized by Gucci, including a redesigned 'Le Mura' sofa, 'Parola' table lamp, and 'Clessida' rug, the Venini Opachi Vase; Le Mura Chaise Longue for Tacchini; and the Storet by Nanda Vigo for Acerbis (all featuring the brand's signature cherry red 'Rosso Ancora' color. This exhibition celebrates the golden age of Italian design and reflects the vibrant spirit of Milan. The exhibition features works from renowned designers such as Mario Bellini, Nanda Vigo, Tobia Scarpa, Gae Aulenti, and Piero Castiglioni. The goal of the exhibition is to create new design icons that represent Gucci's new chapter and inspire fashionistas to add a touch of burgundy to their homes.
