"Covered by vineyards and hidden among olive trees and woods, the winery stands out for its low environmental impact and high energy savings, symbolizing and paying homage to the relationship between Antinori family and the noble territory in which this Architectural structure stands; with essential lines and warm colors that recall those of the earth, the structure was entirely built in natural materials such as terracotta and wood. The construction of this structure, took 7 years; the project by Marco Casamonti and the Archea Associati studio, with Hydea engineering. The vineyards that cover it, integrating it perfectly with the surrounding landscape, extend over an area of 4.60 hectares and are mainly cultivated with Sangiovese; here are in fact produced the Pèppoli Chianti Classico D.O.C.G., the Villa Antinori Chianti Classico D.O.C.G.
